Paul, a shareholder of the firm, is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law, where he earned a J.D. in 1996, magna cum laude. In Law School, Paul served as articles editor of the Probate Law Journal and was a Tauro, Hennessy and Liacos Distinguished Scholar. Paul graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in Social Sciences in 1993, cum laude and received an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law graduate tax program in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining Baldi, Cepparulo & Williams in 2002, Paul was an associate in an international law firm in New York City and a regional Philadelphia law firm.

Paul’s practice includes estate planning, real estate, land use, business law and commercial litigation. He represents clients before courts and municipal boards throughout Bucks County. Paul represents both buyers and sellers of businesses and residential and commercial real estate in Bucks County and New Jersey.  Paul has developed a practice representing the interests of members of the LGBT community, including specialized estate planning, life planning (cohabitation agreeements, powers of attorney, living wills) and resolution of property disputes.

Originally from New York City, Paul moved to Bucks County in 1998 and currently lives in Newtown with his wife Chari and his daughter Marissa.
